The Wine Museum of Bairrada was inaugurated the September 27, 2003. Under the authority of the City of Anadia, is installed in a building built from scratch for this purpose, equipped with furniture suitable for spaces and functions, with computer and audiovisual equipment, and security system.
The permanent exhibition, called the Wine Routes, is at zero floor of the museum and exposed over six theme rooms, with pieces of archaeological value, ethnographic and technical, gathered with the collaboration of many wine producers, and local and national entities.
It includes a program of temporary exhibitions to be held three to four projects a year, with educational activities, holding the book, discussions on issues related to wine, vineyards, rural life, art and documentary, etc..
The museum also has an Enoteca, a wine store, an auditorium for 80 people, with multimedia equipment, a media library, a library and a food court area with garden.
